Sr Staff Shader Artist

We’re looking for a brilliant Sr Staff Shader Artist to contribute to the artistic vision and development of AAA products with a specialized focus on creating texture maps and shaders utilizing a combination of traditional fine art and technical art skills.  Responsibilities for the Sr Staff Shader Artist include creating and painting 2D texture maps, sculpting height maps, physical material setup, UV layouts, and shader setup according to defined quality standards, artistic styles, development pipelines, and technical parameters.  Must poses the ability to collaborate at a high level with a wide-range of development team members outside of direct discipline such as Directors, Technical Artists, 3D Artists, and Programmers to achieve the highest artistic quality as they relate to the game design and within technological considerations.


Sr Staff Effects Artist

Are you an artist that specializes in effects? We’re looking for a Sr Staff Effects Artist to help drive and contribute to the technical development of AAA products with a specialized focus on creating special effects, techniques, and processes for game development. The Sr Staff FX artist will be responsible for creating most of the FX, tools, and defining processes that assist in all areas of special effects creation from the rendering engine to tool development to achieve the highest artistic quality with the least amount of overhead.  Responsibilities include animating particles, creating and painting 2D texture maps, special effect shader setup, some 3D modeling/sculpting, some material setup/UV layout,and some lighting.  Must poses ability to collaborate at a high level with a wide-range of development team members outside of direct discipline such as Directors, Designers, Programmers,Technical Artist, and Animators to achieve the highest artistic goals with the fastest implementation as they relate to game design and technical considerations.


Sr Staff Graphics Programmer

The Senior Staff Graphics Programmer that we’re looking for specializes in programming that centers around the graphics functionality of the target platform and game engine. This will frequently involve knowledge, research and development of innovative and cutting edge graphic techniques including lighting, rendering and special effect creation. They will need to work closely with the art team to fully understand the desired art style and work to achieve this within the complex constraints of the target platform.


Sr Staff Concept Artist

Are you able to bring a vision to artistic life? We’re looking for a Senior Staff Concept Artist. This is a key role, as you will be the Director’s collaborator and an important driving force in the studio art department.  Helping to define and conceptualize our studio’s vision for multiple projects on multiple platforms.  The Concept Artists is expected to learn and understand how game-play and architecture issues can affect content creation and successfully develop workflows to compensate for such limitations on artistic content.  The right candidate will be a studio leader and will help drive the vision of our future titles through their creative and conceptual talents.


Sr Animation Programmer

We are looking for a senior animation programmer to help develop next generation animation systems for a current working title being developed by Bend Studio. This is not an entry level position and applicant must be able to demonstrate current working knowledge in the field of animation development for recent game applications.  This role is closely related to both a physics and animation engineer.


Sr Game Programmer

We are looking for a senior game programmer to architect and implement game engine code systems that are used for the creation and development of a game application. This will involve writing game code systems for the use of the art and/or design teams for handling the creative aspects of game-play development. Some tools development is occasionally required for handling data needed by the game engine.


Sr AI Programmer

We are looking for an AI Programmer to help develop complex Human AI Behaviors for a current working title being developed by Bend Studio.  This is not an entry level position and applicant must be able to demonstrate current working knowledge in the field of AI development for recent game applications.  This role is closely related to both a physics and animation engineer.
